We came across this one recently, following a recommendation, and were really glad we did.

Blogging comes in all sorts of shapes and sizes and has taken twists and turns over the years – we’ve been there.  These guys demonstrate two things which are alluring to readers:  passion about the area they live in and passion about their politics (actually, what that politics does to the people in their area – a tight circle).

There’s also a guest blogger section, too, which, if you read ClubBlogger regularly, you’ll know is an area of blogging which we love. (If you have guest blogger ‘intentions’, by the way, contact us – we’re always keen to hear).

The Mudflats Blog is well-written and it’s not ashamed to shout its intention from the rooftops.  It has a message.  It has a purpose.  It has a good reader base. It doesn’t claim to be impartial – it just puts it all our there and we applaud their efforts.  Well done, guys.
